General Notes Rubens made a copy. One of three Bruegels painted in grisaille style. October 5, 1894 Christian Hammer collection was sold at Cologne: the picture, at this time attributed to Pieter Bruegel the Younger, went for 390 marks to Antwerp collector Chevalier Mayer van den Bergh.
